RedLine Endurance was founded under ten core values that will ultimately unleash the athlete within each and every one of our clients. We are all athletes at our core; some are just better than others. We believe in building a solid foundation with all of our athletes regardless of fitness level or ability. Our ultimate goal is to take all of our clients to another fitness level while giving them the tools to attain all of their goals. Philosophy

Our philosophy at RedLine Endurance is to work with each of our clients on a 3-part system of personal or group training. First, we coach mindset. Our mind controls how we think, act, and perform on the playing field as well as in everyday life.  Without training our brain just as hard as we train our body, we will consistently be behind the competition. Second, we coach nutrition. Nutrition is the next most important part of the system not only because it makes up 80% of body transformation, by not having a “well-oiled machine,” you won’t be able to perform at your best. Finally, at RedLine Endurance, we have created an approach to resistance training that is in line with a quote by T.S. Monson, “When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates.” We have taken this quote and elements of CrossFit, UA Combine360, and traditional group training to put it to all under one roof to share with all of our clients.
