RedLine Endurance offers weekly circuit training classes that are 1-hour in length and take place 7 days per week. The ideal schedule for each participant would be 3 consecutive days on and 1 day of rest. Please refer to the calendar (coming soon) for an up to date schedule of classes.
Every participant will go through a total body assessment and an introductory series of classes that are designed to teach the basics and fundamentals of the 5 core strength lifts (Squat, Dead Lift, Medicine Ball Clean, and Push Press) as well as the format of the circuit training workouts.
